唐冉，女，中共黨員，畢業(yè)于吉林大學(xué)法學(xué)院，法學(xué)博士，民商法學(xué)專業(yè)，主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)槊穹▽W(xué)、商法學(xué)。
